The Nissan Skyline GT-R R32, often just referred to as the R32, is a legendary sports car that became iconic in the world of performance and motorsport.  At the core of the R32 is the twin-turbo, 2.6-liter inline-six engine, the RB26DETT. The R32 was also notable for its ATTESA-ETS all-wheel-drive system, which was a significant leap forward in terms of performance. Another game-changing feature was the Super-HICAS system, which provided rear-wheel steering.

The R32's real claim to fame came from its performance on the racetrack. It was nicknamed the "Godzilla" of the car world due to its dominance in the Australian touring car scene, where it was virtually unbeatable. In fact, it won the Group A Touring Car Championship in Australia for four consecutive years (1990–1993), firmly establishing its reputation. It also had a strong presence in Japanese motorsports and endurance racing.
